AND CONDITIONS
1. DELIVERY TIME
The EGI Security’s products
are normally delivered in Your Country within 15 working days
from the date of the payment.
EGI Security will be not responsible
for losses, thefth, courier’s delays due to natural
disasters, political unrests, strikes and custom’s inspections.
EGI Security is not responsible
for seizures by Local Customs. Some of the items shown in
our catalog or website may not be sold or used in some Countries.
Please check carefully your Country's Rules before buying.
2. TERMS OF SALE
All products are brand new and come with full factory warrantee
(unless specified or stated otherwise).
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Defective returns: You may return defective items to us within
30 days for exchange (less shipping charges).
After 30 days the manufacturer's warrantee will apply.
Non-defective returns (only for Europe): You may return non-defective
merchandise for full refund within 5 business days from the
date of purchase (less shipping charges).
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in its original
factory condition including boxes, manuals, adapters, packing
materials and warranty card (not filled out) and any other
accessories. You must obtain a request authorization number
from us at info@egisecurity.com
before any merchandise is returned.
Any product returned without an RMA# issued by
EGI Security will be refused and sent back to the buyer.
Refunds for any reason will not be honored and the warrantee
will be voided if the product returned is altered/modified
in any way, (e.g. cut cable, wrong power supply, painted over,
etc.).
PLEASE NOTE: customers have to check attentively
the integrity of the packages and the contents of them when
receiving the goods and have to open the parcels in presence
of the Courier before accepting them, otherwise EGI
Security shall not give any refund for losses or theft.
Special anti-tamper seals and tapes are used by EGI
Security in its parcels.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of some of our products, some products cannot
be returned and/or have return limitations.
Please see the list below for the products that fall into
these categories:
Items no Longer in Resell-able Condition: If item
or item packaging is no longer in a resell-able condition
then we cannot accept the return
Single-Use Devices: Items purchased for one-time
use cannot be returned after the product has been used.
These include GPS Tracking Devices, RF/GSM Bugs, Bug and Camera
Detectors, Jammers, Keyloggers, Voice Cangers and CCTV Systems.
Software & Services: All Software; activation and
monthly service fees; and shipping charges
Potentially Contaminated/Exposed Products: I.e. Ear
Pieces
Items that have been installed cannot be returned:
I.e. Hardwired GPS Tracker
Items That Must be Returned in Original, Unopened Packaging:
Pepper spray; fluid detection kits
Other Products: Made-to-order/custom-built hidden
cameras and physically damaged items
4. RESTOCK FEES
In rare cases we may charge a restocking fee. When we determine
that the item is no longer in resell-able condition we may
charge you up to 20% of the price of the item. This fee is
to cover the cost of performing the work needed to make the
item resell-able. This fee may be charged when there are missing
materials, components or accessories or when the product packaging
needs to be replaced.
PRODUCT INSPECTION AND TESTING
All of the returned items we receive are subject to an inspection/testing
process. At EGI Security, we
are committed to high standards of quality; we test all defective
items that are returned to us to improve our products' performances
and our customers'satisfaction. Please allow us up to 15 business
days to complete the inspection/testing process from the time
we receive the item. Also, please note that any item claimed
to be defective and found to be in good working order will
be returned to you. In these cases you will be responsible
for both the shipping costs to and from EGI
Security.
