How can I place an order?
It's very easy! After choosing your best product, go in the Off-Line
Order page, insert the EGS
product code and determine the quantity. You totally complete
the order form and click on Send Order.
An automatic
multilanguage cart is available for fast
PayPal and Credit Cards payment modality.
2. How much time to receive my order?
Delivery time is related to the availability of products which
will be passed on in the order confirmation or at the phone if

available, your order will be shipped within 24 hours, delivery
time depends on destination country.

3. What can I do if I have any questions

4. Is there any guarantee on sold Products?
All products are brand new and come with full factory warrantee
(unless specified or stated otherwise).
Your order is under guarantee for breaking due to shipment, bad
working or imperfection, it is VERY IMPORTANT to communicate immediately
to our Company (24 hours after receiving) the damage.
You send an e-mail
and wait for our answer, then you ship the product back.
Please open the parcel in presence of the shipping delivery agent
and always control the integrity of the goods. Otherwise EGI
Security shall not be possible to change or repair the
Product under guarantee.

5. What can I do if I have to return a Product?
After receiving our RMA#
issued confirmation, use an EMS service and sent
it at your charge to our hub address notified.
Any product returned without an RMA# issued by EGI
Security will be refused and sent back to the buyer.

6. How can I make any changes to a Placed Order (articles, accessories,
quantity,etc.)?
Please send an e-mail
specifying all changes you want to be made referring to our PO.
The reference data that you find in our order confirmation e-mail.
You'll receive an our answer informing you whether your order
is changed or already processed.
7. How can I remit the payment?
At the moment of your order
demand, EGI Security will send to
you the current payment terms.
8. How is my order shipped?
EGI Security can forward its Products
all over the World, using the following Couriers:
EMS and Poste Italiane and the following Forwarders: DHL, Fedex
and UPS.
All goods are shipped ex works, expenses depends on destination.
